My Story

I'm Caterina Ranieri, an attorney, Niche Coach and the person who burned out trying to do everything for everyone. Ten years ago, I was in the same frenzy you're in: jumping between cases, trying to keep every client happy, not knowing how to scale or what to focus on.

My niche practice allowed me to become highly trusted in a confusing, emotionally charged, procedural area of law.

When you niche down deeply enough, clients stop hiring you merely as a lawyer. They begin trusting you as the guide through a complex experience. One client said: “It’s as if she has her finger on the pulse of this industry.” I teach niche immersion , authority positioning and becoming associated with one specific procedural problem

I help attorneys build practices where clients deeply trust them because they are known for solving a very specific problem exceptionally well. One of the most interesting things about building a niche law practice is that clients stop hiring you simply because you are “a lawyer.”

They begin hiring me because they believe: Caterina understands my exact problem.

Looking back at my client reviews over the years, very few people talk about legal theories or court procedure. Instead, they talk about:

  • Feeling guided
  • Feeling informed
  • Feeling less overwhelmed
  • Finally feeling that someone understood the complexity of what they were facing

That was the moment I realized something important: A niche practice is not only about narrowing your legal focus. It is about becoming deeply associated with solving a specific problem in a way that creates trust and clarity for clients.

And ironically, the narrower my practice became, the more referrals, authority, and professional fulfillment I experienced. That lesson ultimately became the foundation of my attorney coaching work.

Your law practice reviews are actually proof of:

Your systems

Your authority positioning

Your communication philosophy

Your client experience model

Those are transferable coaching assets.

What I Believe

Lawyers cannot build healthier practices using the same systems that exhausted them. Growth requires innovation, forward thinking, and the courage to do things differently.

Strong and confident

There is always a solution. Growth comes with discomfort, uncertainty, and adjustment , but those moments are not signs of failure. They are part of building something better.
